JONATHAN PALACIOS

Jonathan Palacios is a litigator with experience in data privacy, consumer protection, and complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Mayra V. Tarantino in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage. Jonathan previously interned at the Office of the New York State Attorney General and at a plaintiffs-side class action firm in Manhattan. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team, and where he served as Notes and Articles Editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Review. Also while in law school, Jonathan founded the Fordham Plaintiffs’ Law Association and received the Peter J. O’Connor Prize in Evidence. He graduated with a B.A. cum laude from Yale University.

Outside of law, Jonathan enjoys sharing a good meal with his family and occasionally reads science fiction, plays the Spanish guitar, and does woodworking.
