Max Ian Fiest

Max Ian Fiest is a fierce advocate for consumers, workers and small business owners, with experience in state and federal courts and before private tribunals. Max supports the Firm’s class action and mass arbitration practices, focusing on consumer protection and privacy matters.

Max began his career as a defense attorney at Mayer Brown LLP in New York litigating complex commercial cases. As a second-year associate, Max received the City Bar Justice Center’s (CBJC) “Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award” for his pro bono advocacy. He was selected from among some 1,800 CBJC volunteers. Max draws on his experience in hard-fought litigation to advance consumers’ rights and fight for the public interest.

Max received his J.D. with honors from Columbia Law School, where he served on the staff of the Journal of Law & Arts and received the Andrew D. Fried Memorial Prize for Outstanding Student Note. Max is admitted to practice in New York.
